Placing Orders-Shipping included on all USA orders. PayPal or Credit Cards-Using the PayPal shopping cart is the preferred, most efficient way to order. Use links to return to individual pages to place order using shopping cart. CREDIT CARDS accepted through PayPal only. Mail Order-Quick easy method-Use shopping cart to collect your order. Print out, include your shipping information and mail with your check or money order. Or Print out and send order form by mail with your check or money order. Order Form Business Hours- 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Expect weekend and evening email response to be on an irregular basis. NO PHONE ORDERS. Creative Designworks is not staffed up to do business by phone. Credit cards are only accepted through PayPal. Creative Designworks is a small family operated business. Phone calls halt order processing and interfere with family time. Your consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated. Every effort has been made to make all product information available on the site. Questions via email are welcome. Order Confirmation-Orders confirmation will come in the form of a notice from PayPal notifying you that postage has been paid for your shipment (US only). Personal responses will be made to questions on your order form. When checking your delivery confirmation number you will receive the following notice (or something similar) from the post office website. "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on October 26, 2005 (current date) to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later." This sounds like your order has not been shipped. Be assured, postage has been purchased for your order and the package has been delivered to the post office. The post office only scans prepaid packages at the time of delivery. Shipping-Shipping included on all USA orders. Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. (order on Monday will usually ship Wednesday) Small items shipped First Class. Larger orders (generally over 1 pound) shipped priority in the US. In all cases, the best method of shipping will be selected . Shipments to Canada will be not be listed as "Gift" or "Samples" on customs form. We will not alter your order in any way to bypass customs. Please do not request these "services". Express Shipping-Not offered. No orders will be shipped Express, even at your expense. Optional Insurance-Insurance is the buyers responsibility. Insurance will be purchased through the United States Postal Service. Merchandise will not be replaced at our cost while insurance claim is in progress. insure here Shipping Damage-Creative
Designworks is not responsible for damage that occurs during
shipping. Items missing from damaged packages will not
be replaced by Creative Designworks. Insurance is available.

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. 2. Only full quantities as shown on packing slip will be accepted for refund. Under no circumstances will "bits and pieces" be refunded. 3. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. 4. Refunds will be minus original shipping costs. 5. Restocking charge may apply, at our discretion. 6. Exchanges are not offered as they are complex and time consuming. |
