Creative Designworks has discontinued
offering the insurance option.
Insurance only works if your order is
not shown to be delivered. Insuring
your package won't insure against non-delivery or mis-delivery
by the post office. Once they scan the package as delivered,
they claim no responsibility.
Creative Designworks will work closely
with you on any order not delivered to find a solution. A non-delivery
issue will be resolved much quicker by working with Creative
Designworks. The post office insurance claims process is very
long. PayPal also offers protection to the buyer for non-delivery
in case resolution can't be reached with Creative Designworks.
Delivery Confirmation-Orders shipped with Delivery Confirmation
shown to be delivered, and will not be replaced by Creative
Designworks. PayPal offers no protection for orders showing delivered.
Signature Confirmation Service-Please consider purchasing the optional Signature
Confirmation Service offered below if you live in an area where
an unattended package is likely to disappear.
